Puddlestar smiled down on the new cat, "I'll do the ceremony tomorrow. You should rest up today." she said.

"Now lets go see the medicine cat." she said kindly, starting to walk toward the medicine cat's den once again.

The tom followed Darktalon to a type of cave with many different types of smelly leaves.

Darktalon walked farther into the medicine cat's den. She put her tail on the new comer's back. "Illusionsong?"she would ask, wondering in the medicine cat was in.

"Is Illusionsong the medicine cat?" he asked "Is she a warrior too? What do medicine cats do?'

"Darktalon?! Where'd you go?" Shadepaw looked around for his mentor. He saw her and a tom go into the medicine den. Shadepaw was confused. Why where they in the medicine den? He went to find out.
"Darktalon? Who's this?"

[scarstreak]

Redpaw sat in the middle of the clearing. He wanted a friend to talk to and to play with but, he had no one he was alone. " He sighed and walked into the forest to hunt.

As Redpaw walked through the woods, a blackbird stood in a gorse bush peck at the grounds for food. Redpaw got into his hunter crouch and pounced onto the blackbird. He killed it with a swift bite to the neck. HE picked it up and took it back to camp, putting it in the fresh kill pile.

Duskstripe followed the scent of cats. He smelled the cat from before an cautiously went toward the smell. Duskstripe had heard of the Clans and wanted to join one. "Hello? Is this one of the Clans of the forest?" he called.

Puddlestar had left the new cat with Darktalon, knowing that he would be o.k. with her. She would then walk into the clearing and stopped looking at another new comer. She walked up and heard the question the cat had asked. "This is ClifflClan, and I'm Puddlestar, the leader." she said warmly, "Welcome, what can I do for you?" she asked smiling.

Darktalon turned to see Shadepaw. "Oh, Shadepaw," she said smiling, "This is...well...he doesn't remember anything so we don't know his name." She then turned to the new cat, "This is my apprentice, Shadepaw," she said kindly.

"I was wondering if I could join this Clan? My old Clan had an illness that killed almost all the other cats," Duskstripe said.

The tom padded out of the empty medicine cat den. Something about it made remember. suddenly an image of anoth medicine cat den flashed before his eyea and he remembered it. He had been there before. as quickly as it had come it went leaving him standing in the clearing looking lost with all the other cats staring at him.

"My name is Duskstripe, by the way," Duskstripe told Puddlestar.

Redpaw walked into the apprentice den and curled up in his moss bedding. He began to doze of into a deep sleep and soon enough he was asleep.

"hello?" yelled the tom. he didn't want to be here all alone. he felt so lost.

Redpaw woke up and ran to the medicine cat's den and saw another cat in there that looked frightened. " What is wrong? are you okay?!" he said trying to calm the cat down.
