((I got a reply! Lightpool will be Redmask's deputy. (Dawn, I know that we usually choose our own deputies, but I think that Lightpool is the only active member on WFRP and I'm pretty sure she'll be a great deputy!) So Shadow, you don't need to worry about who Redmask's deputy will be when Shadowstar dies. ))

Lightpool shrugged and headed back to camp to see if she could find any other friendly cats. She was actually very happy that it was only dusk,, usually she would only wake up from her blood spasms two days after they happened. She was getting better. This would help her build up her reputation in her new clan.
She smiled and entered the camp. She walked up to a young cat and an older one. "Hi there, I'm Lightpool." she said proudly.

"There you are, Lightpool!" Applepaw meowed as she raced across camp when the cat appeared at the entrance. "I was looking for you! I need to go hunting, so go ask another warrior if they'll show you around camp some, okay?" Without waiting for a response, Applepaw dashed out of camp for hunting practice.

"Ok," she replied to applepaw, she was relieved to see a familiar cat, "but..." she stopped, applepaw had already run off. What was she supposed to do? She didnt know any other cat.

Lightsong saw a new cat in the camp and bounded up to her. "Hi, I'm Lightsong!" she purred.

Duskpaw padded out of the apprentice den ((Which he's been in for a while, Shadow. )) and stretched. He saw a new cat and padded over. "Hi. I'm Duskpaw," he meowed, licking his paw.

Lightpool bowed her head. "Lightsong, Duskpaw. Great names," she smiled at the two young, healthy looking cats, "I'm Lightpool, and I want to join your clan."

"Let me take you to Shadowstar, then," Lightsong meowed, leading Lightpool to Shadowstar's den. "Shadowstar? A cat would like to join!"

"Ok," she replied confidently and bounded off behind the other cat to her new leader's den.

"A new cat?" Shadowstar purred, padding out of the den. "Wonderful! Of course, you can join."

"Great," Lightpool smiled, "I will begin my duties right away as..." she didn't know what the great leader would assign her to do.

"For now, warrior." Shadowstar purred.

"Awesome," she responded and looked outside. It was dusk outside. "Where do I sleep?"

"Thanks," she bounded off but called back to her, "Is there a morning patrol going out? I would like to join in and see the boundaries."
