Ghostmask licked Fogpool inbetween her ears, then gave a final tug. The thorn popped out, blood seeping out of the wound it had left in his black paw pad.

[earth]

Duskwhisper smelled it too. "Snake, huh?" she meowed. "The way to kill them is to use your claws and puncture right where it's head begins." She mewed in a whisper, trying to not let the snake know that she was there. Some snakes could only know where you were if you moved, and so she stood still.

[Lawl[iet]]

"Can I kill it?" Jetpaw asked.

[fogkit]

Fogpool felt the roughness of Ghostmask's tounge. It felt good, then she felt a little blood seep out of his pad and run a little ways to her. Fogpool jumped up at the feeling of blood and ran over to the cobweb. She picked it up and covered as much of Ghostmask's pad as she could. The blood went down a little bit and she pressed even harder. Eventually, his pad stopped bleeding all together and Fogpool grabbed the marigold. "Press this against your pad like I did with the cobweb. It'll stop any infection that may happen later on with that open wound."

[earth]

"You can, but be careful." she replied, hardly moving her mouth as she spoke.

Ghostmask nodded and pressed the marigold aginst his paw pad. "Thanks, medicine cat." he teased. Ghostmask licked her again. "I love you," he purred.

[Lawl[iet]]

Jetpaw extended his claws. As soon as the snake's head was within reach, he reached out and drove his claws into its head.

[fogkit]

The roughness of his tongue was there again as she spoke back. "I love you too." She licked his cheek and then rubbed against him with her face. It felt so good to be with him. Then Fogpool thought again. "What does it look like?"

[earth]

As Jetpaw did that, Duskwhisper stepped back quickly, stabbing the snake's tail. She hissed at it, her her teeth bared.

[Lawl[iet]]

"What does what look like?" Ghostmask responded.


Jetpaw felt the snake's heartbeet stop. He picked it up in his jaws. He then began jumping around, pretending it was still alive, hoping to scare his mentor.

[earth]

Duskwhisper eyed him. "What are you doing?" she asked. "Well, come on. Once you catch a mouse we'll head back to camp and you can eat. Apparently Goldenstar had something else she needed to do." Duskwhisper said, glancing around.

[fogkit]

"The Grove." Fogpool said to Ghostmask. "What does here look like? All I can see is lots of plants surrounding it and a big stump in the middle with flowers." the cat said to her love, exagerating the word "see."

[Lawl[iet]]

"Oh, alright." Jetpaw mewed, putting the snake on the ground. He finally found a mouse and caught it with a tremendous leap.

[Lawl[iet]]

"It's beautiful. The air smells of cherry blossom petals and is filled the sound of birdsong." Ghostmask purred.

[Golden]

Goldenstar stepped out from the shadows. "I am so sorry! I thought I smelled fox, but it's a few days old. I see you two are ready to go back. What'd you catch?" she purred.

[earth]

"Goldenstar! Oh, that's fine. Jetpaw caught a snake and mouse! He did great." After saying a few more words to her leader, she headed back to camp.

[fogkit]

Fogpool wished that she could see the place that she found. It seemed to be a well-hidden grove. "The Hidden Grove!" she spat out without thinking.

[fogkit]

[Golden]

((Nope! She has a fever that has spread to her eyes, making her left eye blind.))
