Heatfang padded up to Waterstep. "I'm so proud of you." he mewed. "You've come a long way from when I first brought you here."

((Just forget that last thing in book 3. I was going to find Petalfall, but she's not dead.))

Wolfsoul padded up to Waterstep. "Congratulations." she said to her. "You really earned this!"

[snowy.]

((Can Shimmer get her name now?))

[Golden]

"Now, before Moonhigh comes, there's another cat I'd like to make a warrior. Shimmerpaw, come forward. I, Goldenstar, leader of NightClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down at this apprentice. She has trained hard to learn the ways of your noble code, and now I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Shimmerpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend this Clan even at the cost of your life?"

((can Mistheart become an elder?))

[Golden]

((I put her up and yes, he can. Should I do it right after Shimmer's ceremony?))

((Sure!))

[snowy.]

"I do." Shimmerpaw's eyes gleamed with excitement.

[Golden]

"Then by the power of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Shimmerpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Shimmersoul. StarClan honors your bravery and courage, and we welcome you as a full warrior of NightClan," Goldenstar called happily.

[snowy.]

Shimmersoul smiled. She was ready for her vigil.

[burningheart]

Mistheart sat down by Highrock. He knew what was coming next.

[Golden]

"Misheart, is it your wish to give up the name of a warrior and go to join the elders?" Goldenstar asked him.

[burningheart]

"Yes." he said quietly.

[Golden]

"Your Clan honors you and all your service you have given us. I call upon StarClan to give you many seasons of rest." Goldenstar said seriously but kindly. She then jumped down from the rock and congratulated the new warriors. Her eyes filled with mixed emotions when she thought about Mistheart. She remembered when Petalfall and Runningmist had met sercretly and then Petalfall had her kits. Misheart was one of them. But NightClan was getting stronger with each new warrior. She took a vole and went a little into her den so she was partly outside and partly sheltered. She did this because the smell of rain was on the wind, and she didn't know when the storm would break.

Mistheart relized that he would miss being a warrior and he now felt alone. It was okay though. He would be fine.

[shimmerpaw]

Dawnflame watched and listened quietly, her whisker twitching.

[snowy.]

Ivyleaf walked up to his apprentice. "Would you like to do some training?" he asked Lilypaw. His heart dropped, and he thought of Foxfire. How he missed her.

((Has Golden lost any of her lives?))

((I haven't mentioned it, but she'll lose most of them this month. She's dying in the beginning of August. Then Mystery will come, then Leopard, then Ginger, I think. Yes, I plan far ahead. Ginger's gonna look almost exactly like her. I hope she'll be able to take a special path. Wolfie, what do you think of Water and Golden going to find Silver? It's your choice whether they do or don't. I'd have her lose a life there.))
