NightClan RP (Book 4!)

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name: Goldenpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Goldenspirit. StarClan honors your enthusiasm and your spirit and we welcome you as a full warrior of NightClan." Wolfstar said proudly. She was always happy announcing new warriors and apprentices and seeing how happy thier faces were; how brightly they glowed. Every cat was proud to get their apprentice or warrior name. Wolfstar looked out and saw two other cats. "Will Hollykit and Foxkit step foreward please? Hollykit, from this day forward, until she has earned her warrior name, this apprentice will be called Hollypaw. Maplefur, you will be Hollypaw's mentor. May you pass down all you know to this apprentice." Wolfstar turned her gaze to Foxkit. "Foxkit, from this day foreward, until he has earned his warrior name, this apprentice will be called Foxpaw. ((Fill in mentor name)), you will be Foxpaw's mentor. May you pass down all you know to this apprentice."

((Who wants to be their mentors? And Light, Holly is a girl and Fox is a boy...right? ))

Lunarkit hopped up exitedly. She didn't kn wo why, but all the cat seemed to be very happy. Maybe the golden-colored cat had something to do with it.

Well, if everyone else was happy, why shouldn't she be? Letting out a squeak of joy, she raced into the clearing in front of Wolfstar. Lunarkit let out a triumphant squeak and stared at the cat in front of her.

Hollypaw and Foxpaw nuzzled past eachother as they stepped up next to Wolfstar. This was one of the days they had been waiting for their whole lives! Mistycloud stared up at her two beautiful kits as their sleek pelts glimmered in the sun. She was so incredibly proud of them! They had gone from weak strays to strong warrior apprentices! Hollypaw and Foxpaw smiled. Maybe now I'll get a little more respect, thought Hollypaw.

((OK SO I THINK FOXPAW IS GOING TO GET BORED OF BEING A WARRIOR APPRENTICE AND SWITCH TO MED CAT. Is that okay?))

((Sure! It's okay if Foxkit becomes med cat apprentice. Lunar, are you talking about Wolfstar when you say "golden-colored cat?" Cause Wolfstar is all black.))

Wolfstar looked down upon Lunarkit and licked the small kit on the forehead. "And we have seven new kits to announce!" she finally said. "Lunarkit was Sundrop's kit, Rainkit, Dreamkit and Leopardkit are Mysterysong's kits and Owlkit, Wetkit and Dustkit are Streamshimmer's kits."

[Lawl[iet]]

Gorsebranch heard Wolfstar call a Clan meeting, and dragged Thrushstripe's body out from under the tree and back to camp. "Wolfstar," He yowled from the entrance. "Thrushstripe is dead."

[lunarkit]

((No, I meant goldenpaw, but I should have put the others too, sorry! Never mind that!))
Lunarkit stared out apon the cowd of cats, her eyes tinted with mischief. The cats seemed to follow this cat. This cat was a...leader! Lunarkit admired the sleek black cat. She puffed her chest out and held her head high as she tried to copy the proud she-cat. About 10 heartbeats went by before she noticed the giggling cats.

[~*WOLFIE*~]

Wolfstar bowed her head when she saw Gorsebranch drag Thrushstripe into camp. A small tear dripped from her eyes and fell on to the Highrock. "Thrushstripe has also joined StarClan." she said slowly. "We will mourn for all three cats tonight."

Fogpool jumped up and ran over to her sons. She threw herself on top of Thrushstripe's cold body and cried furiously. "Thrushstripe!" she cried out. "Oh, my son!"

Dewwing sat in the medicine cat's den with Sally and listened to Wolfstar announce the death of her older brother. That ment that Gorsebranch was back in camp too. She looked down at the floor. A tear fell off of the end of her whiskers. It's all my fault. she thought furiously. I should kill myself for letting him join StarClan.

[Golden]

Goldenspirit was overjoyed to be a warrior. It meant everything to her. But her happiness was lowered by thoughts of the three dead cats. Her eyes became watery; she'd miss her Clanmates. News of the new kits lightened her mood; she'd had no idea that Mysterysong and Streamshimmer had kits! The new warrior couldn't wait to see them.

Brownfur felt a twinge of pain when she heard Wolfstar say that Owlkit and Wetkit were Streamshimmer's kits. But it is for the best. The kits will have a good mother and I can continue serving NightClan.

"Lunarkit, come back!" Mysterysong called. Her green eyes were full of amusement, though, and she was purring.

Obviously something had gone wrong. She slowly moved into the crowd, not wanting anything to do with it. She looked back seeing the sad-looking cats. Suddenly, she bumped into another cat-maybe about her age. ((sally))

[lunarkit]

((Gr! I always post stuff to late!))

[Golden]

"Lunarkit!" Mysterysong called again, her voice a little louder.

[spottedleaf4ever]

"When can I talk to Wolfstar?...Wait who is Wolfstar?" Sally asked Dewwing. She was so glad that the she-cat didn't seem bothered by her questions. She suddenly felt a bump and jumped. She looked to her other side and saw Lunarkit. "Hi!" Sally mewed.

[~*WOLFIE*~]

((Isn't Sally still laying down in the medicine cat's den with a broken paw?))

"Oh, hi Lunarkit." Dewwing mewed as she saw the young kit pad into the medicine cat's den. "I think that Mysterysong is calling you. Go along now, you can talk to Sally later." The she-cat turned her attention back to Sally. "Wolfstar is NightClan's leader."

Wolfstar hopped down from the Highrock and landed akwardly. She limped toward her den and slumped down into the moss bed. She instantly fell asleep.

((Could someone wake Wolfstar up when it is time to mourn?))

Sally was sad to see Lunarkit go. She was glad that Dewwing seemed to be willing to talk to her, but she liked to talk with cats her age. She tried to stand because she had forgotten about her paw until, "OOOOUUUUCCCCCHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"Sally screeched. She sat down again and looked down at her injured paw. "I'm hungry," she complained to Dewwing.

Foxpaw went into the medicine cat den, proud to be a new apprentice. He was ready to serve his clan. "Oh, hello Dewwing. Have you seen Brownfur? I need to speak with her. Who's the new kit?"

[lunarkit]

Lunarkit padded back into the nursury, fixing Mysterysong with a glare.

She stalked past her and curled up, putting her tail neatly over her nose.

Foxpaw watched Lunarkit come into the den. "And who's that one? When did all these new kits come to NightClan?"

[lunarkit]

Lunarkit blinked her eyes open, staring into the his. She couldn't speak yet, so she let out a small mewing noise and closed her eyes again.

[Golden]

((Lunarkit went to the nursery, not the med. cat den. (: ))

Mysterysong sighed quietly. "Maybe you should go listen to the rest of the meeting in the clearing," She suggested to her mate, Maplefur nodded and licked her ear before trotting out. Then the black queen walked up to Lunarkit and murmured, "Are you all right? I know that the loss of a parent can be very... hard on a young cat. I wish you wouldn't have to go through this experience now. You're so young." The she-cat winced as she thought of her own past.

Brownfur's ears flicked toward the sound of her name. She stood up slowly, shaking a scrap of mass from one of her small, chocolate-brown paws. Silently she entered her den. The medicine cat didn't want to disrupt the meeting but she was afraid that a cat was injured. "Is someone hurt?"
