"Goldenheart, please go look for more cats to come with us on the patrol." Silentstar asked.

Mosspaw hurried out to the clearing.

"Of course, Silentstar." Goldenheart hurried off into the forest.

"I'm here!" Petalfall called out as she raced into the clearing. "What's going on, Silentstar?" She asked.

"We are marking the borders. Would you like to join us?" Silentstar asked.

"Yes. I'll set a border near SmokeClan. Would you like me to peak with them and see if they agree where the border should be?" Petalfall got her hopes up of seeing the silvery tom again.

"I don't think anyone is by Smokeclan right now. So don't go to close to where they are." She told the cat. It was so nice to have more cats in the clan where you could accually have patrols.

"I'll check the border with..." ((cliffclan or forestclan. which does our border touch?))

"Alright," Petalfall's hopes fell like falls in leaf-bare. Guess I won't see him, she thought.

"We'll see you soon Petalfall. Me and Goldenheart are going to mark the forest clan border." She mewed. They padded off into the woods and reached a large lake of water. " Wow. I think I should tell Forestclan about this to split it fairly." She said. Something popped into her mind, the med. cats could meet here everyfull moon! She had to tell the other leaders.

"I agree." Goldenheart replied. " Borders should be set soon."

Goldenheart and Silentstar walked along the river. "Wait," Goldenheart said, "I smell Borage! We should tell Berryfur!"

"I think we should further explore these later. It is getting dark, and we need to send out the Night patrol." She mewed. They walked back to camp and looked for cats to go on the late night patrol, because that was when they hunted best.

Mosspaw squealed like a kit when Goldenheart told her about the med. cats meeting at the half moon. "Does that mean I get to come too? she asked excitedly. "After all I am a medicine cat apprentice!" she boasted proudly.
