Lightstar bounded into the bushes after Shinepaw. "Who is the little one?" She questioned and sat down, "I'm Lightstar, by the way. You don't look like you could harm a fly. Are you lost?"

"I'll go find Swallowtail," Shinepaw said, and ran off in the opposite direction.
It didn't take her long. Shinepaw took a running leap and knocked her sister off her paws. "We're going back to camp!" she announced.
"Ugh, why?" Swallowtail replied.
"Because Lightstar said so. I found a kit in the woods, and she's sooooo nice," Shinepaw gushed, bouncing up and down on her paws, "So come on!"
Swallowtail lifted herself to her paws. "Okay, I'm coming," she said, and followed her little sister towards camp.

Mouse followed Lightstar. She was really excited. She felt as if she was starting life over.

Shinepaw bounded into camp, Swallowtail tagging at her heels. Along the way, Shinepaw had picked up her thrush and realized how hungry she was. Remembering Lightstar's promise, she sat down near the apprentice's den and started to eat her bird, waiting for Mouse to come.

Mouse wasn't really sure what to do so she walked over and by Shinepaw. "What am I supposed to do?" Mouse asked. "I can tell that most of these cats are older than me." She wondered what they did with kits that don't belong

"There's normally another queen in the nursery, you'd stay with them. I hear that there was a queen in NightClan who was nursing seven kits or something like that."
