Welcome to WFRP, Leopardwhisper! I'm Auburn, also known as Jaidis and soon-to-bed Auburnfeather.
Under the BIC category, there's boards for ForestClan, NightClan, CliffClan and SmokeClan; under each board there is a sub-board for joining. (: Feel free to PM any mod or admin - our head admin is Wild, leader of ForestClan. I'm one of the Admins - Shadow, Golden, and Snowy are the others, along with Wild, as far as I know. They'll all be happy to help!

Hi Leopardwhisper! Welcome to WFRP! I love the name, by the way. xD I'm Golden, former leader of NightClan and current medicine cat of NightClan.
Auburn's right; you make your cat using the form in the stickied thread under each subboard of the BIC boards. When it is accepted you will be put on the Clan ranks and be allowed to RP. You can join as many Clans as you like with as many cats as you like.
Under the Profiles board (if that's what you mean by "profile") you just make a thread with stuff about you. Favorites, things you like to do, etc. But that's optional.

Hies! Welcome to this place. We call it WFRP, but really it has many, many other names. Depending on who you ask.
I'm Snowfall... the medicine cat sort of apprentice of ForestClan. Call me Snowy, please.
And they're right, both of them, just make a thread under the Clan's subboard you want to join with your form. ForestClan has no real warriors right now... *hint hint*

Hey Leopardwhisper! I'm Wolfstar (call me Wolfie), current leader of NightClan. Everyone else pretty much covered the basics...because they are all speed demons!  But just like everyone said, have fun at WFRP and don't hesitate to ask any questions! Admins (like Auburn, Golden, Snowy, Wild and Shadow) have green names. Mods (like me and Silent) have orange names, and regular members (like you) have regular colored names (blue, purple, tan, and I think...maybe black), based on what background you pick when you visit WFRP and personalize your settings.
