I'm sure you've all heard of the terror called MCAS... *gags*
No? You haven't? Then YAY, you get my description.
The students call it "Massachusetts Child Abuse System."
The teachers call it "MCAS."
The state calls it "Massachusetts Comprehensive Assesment System."
In English, the state definition translates to "a really big scary state test."
And that's basically it.
So I'm not too sure if I'm going to be around this week because of this really big scary state test. Joy. I'll miss you!!
(ps. i might be able to get on since the teachers aren't giving much homework. i'm just not sure.)

Hehe, we have MCAS here too, except it's Minnesota instead of Massachusetts. Too bad, we have ours the week after next. Hope you do well and can get on often, Snowy!!!  |

We spend the whole year training for the FCRAP.
I mean FCAT.
Conveniently called 'Florida Kids Are Tortured'
Or a string of bad words, lol. 'F Crappy A Test'
That's as good as I can do LOL
We had ours a couple weeks ago! We had no homework for the nights before and got to spend all day in the same class per test. There were three. Yikes. But they were UBBBER easy and I actually care about my scores this year so I used my extra hour to go over my entire packet.
Seriously, I mean they must have killed a forest to make them all.
Anyway... have fun with those Snowy and good luck!

THEY DO.
They're all like, "And the test booklet will be destroyed following administration." And I raise my hand and say, "Mr. Good, can't they at least recycle the booklets?" He told me to write a letter to the state. I would, but they'd probably shred it. xD
Today we had the whole school day to write a four-page essay and when I finished, my hand was numb. I did incorporate you guys into it, though, making it a creative writing piece complete with JB quotes LOL
