Specklepaw padded out of the Medicine cats den to get some rest. She siged and sniffed around so she could find the fresh kill pile. She groaned and mumbled about being blind and followed the scent. When she finally found it she picked up the first thing she could find and started to munch.

When she found him, the white she-cat held him close and purred with joy. She took in a deep breath and sighed, "I love you." They were the first words she'd ever spoken.
