FROSTWISH---Pale gray with white paws, chest,
and tail-tip. Bright blue eyes.

SNOWFALL---long-haired fluffy white cat with light
green eyes.



WARRIORS (toms and she-cats without kits)


DUSTCLAW---Brown warrior with darker brown
stripes and green eyes.

MINTBLOSSOM---Simple grey-furred cat with striking
violet eyes and white socks.

HOLLYWIND---Sleek, pretty, tortiseshell cat with bright
green eyes.

PETALWING---A creamy white she-cat with pale ginger
stripes running down her tail/back and a pale ginger blaze
on her forehead. Amber eyes.

LIONCLAW---somali tom cat that has golden brown pelt with
a brown streak going down his back onto his tail.

RABBITLEAP---flaming red pelt with white on underbelly, all fours, and tip of tail.

FROSTYCLAWS--- pure white she-cat with long, white
claws. One of her eyes is green and the other is blue.

ORANGESTRIPE---pale ginger with darker orange stripes
running vertically along his pelt. Yellow-green eyes.

DARKFUR---sleek black coat with bright grey eyes, a clear cut scar running across his muzzle.


APPRENTICES


MERRYPAW---cream she-cat with light brown tabby markings
scattering her body that are hardly visable.

WINTERPAW---light blue-silvery topcoat and a creamy white
underbelly, strange blue swirl patterns on her pelt. Light blue eyes.

DAMPPAW---navy blue/ black-ish colored apprentice with
navy eyes. He has a strange white fur pattern with white flecks
around his muzzle.

MOONPAW--- Pure white with large, moon shaped stunning blue eyes.

Wildstar yawned and stepped out of her den. It was a big day. She yowled throughout the clearing, "May all cats old enough to catch their own prey stand beneath the Tall Rock for a Clan meeting!"

As the cats assembled, Wildstar went over the words in her head. She nodded to herself.

"First of all, I want to apologize for my absence. It was wrong of me to do so and I hope you all can forgive me.

Second, we have a lot of ceremony's to get through, so if there are any cats out hunting I'd like them here."

"Moonkit, please step forward. From this day until you receive your warrior name, you will be known as Moonpaw. I ask Starclan to watch over you and guide you until you find in your paws the strength and courage of a warrior. ______, I trust you to pass on all you have learned to Moonpaw and help her become a warrior the Clan can be proud of."

Wildstar brushed her muzzle against the small cats flank.

"Orange, step forward. This is long overdue. I, Wildstar, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. He has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend him to you as a warrior in his turn. Orange, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

She waited for the cat to say, 'I do.'

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Orange, from this moment you will be known as Orangestripe. StarClan honors your bravery and your loyalty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ForestClan."

"Frostypaw, please step forward. I, Wildstar, call once again upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Frostypaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Again she waited for the, 'I do.' of the young cat.

"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Frostypaw, from this moment you will be known as Frostyclaws. StarClan honors your sincerity and your courage, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ForestClan."

"Rabbitpaw, please step forward. I, Wildstar, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn. Rabbitpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"


"Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Rabbitpaw, from this moment you will be known as Rabbitleap. StarClan honors your care and your bravery, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ForestClan."

"Now everyone, let's get this Clan back up to the top! Bravesoul, could you come to my den, please?"

Wildstar dipped her head and retreated inside.

"I do," Rabbitleap smiled, she was finally a warrior after a long, hard childhood.

Moonpaw looked up at her mother and father, repeating their phrase and purring loudly. She was an apprentice, no longer a stupid, incapable kit! She wondered who her mentor would be and how long it would take before she would fight along side her parents in battle. She couldn't wait.

Frostwish grinned happily. Wildstar seemed much better. The Clan was started to get moving again! But even so, Snowfall's prophecy worried her. She wasn't even sure when the time would come.

Orangestripe purred loudly, grateful to finally be a warrior, and his mate a warrior too. And even their kit was an apprentice already! Times were finally better for ForestClan. "Rabbitleap!" he called, running over to his mate. "Congratulations!"

Bravesoul congratulated all the newly-ranked cats quietly. He was glad that their ceremonies had finally been taken care of. After congratulating Moonpaw, he moved to stand next to Wildstar's den. "What is it, Wildstar?" he asked as he entered, sitting oppsite his leader. It was then that it finally sunk in. He was deputy. Could he really handle this?

((Bravesoul could be! What does Moonpaw look like? Lighty never made a form.))

Wildstar's muzzle pulled up into a smile. "Bravesoul, my official deputy, how goes it?" She laughed quickly but then got onto buisness. "Would you mind leading, and organizing, a hunting patrol? The prey pile isn't nearly as high as it could be, being Greenleaf. I'm going to round up a border patrol to renew our scent lines, one of the cats told me yesterday they smelled SmokeClan near our border." She bristled her fur and arched her back.

((Personally, I thought she was all white with bright blue eyes, but that's just me... ))

Bravesoul's pelt bristled at the mention of SmokeClan too, but not for the same reason as Wildstar. Shinepool. He shook his head to clear those thoughts. No need to think about that now... His fur smoothing, he nodded. "Sounds good, Wildstar."
Padding out of the den, he found the new warriors. He figured they'd like to get out of the camp as warriors for the first time.
"Rabbitleap, Orangestripe! Would you two be up for a hunting patrol?"

((You're right, Frosty. I thought I did.... Do you still want me to make one now?))

"That would be great!" Rabbitleap purred and looked in the direction of her daughter, sitting alone on the ground. "Could Moonpaw come with? She looks slightly lonely." She looked at Bravesoul. Her poor kit didn't even have a mentor. She'd ask Bravesoul about it later, he never really got a chance to mentor her, she already knew everything needed to know.

Hollywind spotted Bravesoul making a hunting patrol. She padded over,
"Hey, mind of I join?" she asked politely, ignoring their previous fights.

Bravesoul nodded to Rabbitleap. "I was just going to ask. Sounds good to me," he replied, smiling.
Turning to Hollywind, Bravesoul was surprised to see that she didn't seem to be holding a grudge against him from their fight before.
"Sure, Hollywind! Glad to have you join us!" he mewed almost too cheerfully. It was awkward, but he didn't want there to be any tensions in the group.
His tail-tip twitching slightly, he looked at the gathered cats. A fit hunting patrol. The prey pile will be greatly added to tonight! he thought, thinking back to what Wildstar had said.
"I was thinking we'd head towards the big oak in the middle of the forest and see what we catch there. Sound good?"

"I do," Frostyclaws purred proudly. She licked Wildstar's shoulder respectively and lookd to Damppaw and Winterpaw below. The two were smiling and cheering for the new warrior. Frostyclaws smiled back, but noticed her father missing from the crowd. She leapt down from the rock and tried to follow his scent trail into the forest. She found him hanging around an abandoned twoleg nest. She rushed over to him, but stopped when she saw what was coming. "Duststripe, look out!" Frostyclaws yowled as a rat ran towards the brown tom at a brisk pace.

Duststripe heard his daughter's call and looked to find her right behind him. He was about to reply, but the rat leaped and bit him on his right foreleg. The warrior yowled, and saw that this rat wasn't like any other he'd seen before. It looked angrier, more savage and bloodthirsty than most rats. He quickly grasped it in his teeth and pulled it off of his leg, sending it running away. Duststripe began to walk towards his daughter, but suddenly collapsed in pain. He coughed, bringing up blood as dark as the night sky.

"This is bad," Frostyclaws hissed. She didn't have time to drag Dust stripe back to camp, she would have to call for help. The white warrior lifted her head to the sky and cried loudly, hoping that someone in camp, or anywhere else, would hear her.

Hollywind drew a mental map. The clan hasn't hunted there in a while, obviously it would be running with prey.
"That sounds great, but I think that we all shouldn't go hunting there as a large group, after all, there's a lot of us," she offered, her eyes dancing from each of the cats in front of her. "There's a spot kinda close to the Smokeclan border, I could check there...but it is a bit far off..." she meowed, mentally checking all the spots of prey.
As she padded out of the hollow the scents of the forest filled her nose. Soon she smelled a very careless mouse, twittering somewhat far off. Dropping into a hunters crouch she slowly flicked her tail at her clanmates to keep still. Paw after paw she caught the busy mouse. Swiftly killing it with a blow to its head. Hollywind always kept her kills clean.
"this will add nicely, don't you think?" she meowed, placing the mouse on the ground and covering it with a thin layer of dirt. "Let's keep going," Hollywind was one of the best hunters in Forestclan, and she was going to keep that title.

Bravesoul nodded. "Good thinking, Hollywind. Maybe we should split up...? Moonpaw could go with you, Orangestripe and Rabbitleap," he mewed, thinking that the family would want to stay together. But that would mean... "And then I would go with Hollywind." Awkward... The others are going to start thinking we're mates!
"Nice kill, by the way, Hollywind," Bravesoul commented. "Keep this up, and we'll have a freshkill pile higher than you!" he joked, whiskers twitching slightly.

Hollywind smiled at Bravesoul, seeing the part of him she fell in love with.
"Thats sounds great, Bravesoul and I can check near the Smokeclan border, Moonpaw, Orangestripe and Rabbitleap, you all should go by the oak Bravesoul was talking about earlier. At sun-high we'll meet back here, okay?" she proposed, pawing at the ground with her claws. Looking up at the sky she realized that it gave them ample time to hunt. It's rays were still just dotting the edge of the horizon.

"Well then, let's head out," Rabbitleap bounded into the forest, her daughter at her side. The big oak near the center of our territory...hmm. She looked around and swiftly changed direction, but stopped short when she heard a scrabbling of paws. Her eyes grew wide as she motioned for her daughter to move forward and catch the mouse hiding in the underbrush.
Moonpaw inched closer on her toes and imitated the hunter's crouch she'd seen her mother perform countless times. She froze, letting the power switch to her back legs and prepared for her leap. She spang, knocking the mouse into the air and thudding it onto the ground. While it was stunned, she swiftly bit into its neck, killing it.
"Excellent!" Rabbitleap beamed with pride for her daughter. She buried a vole and two other mice in the hole Moonpaw was dropping her catch into. "Was that your first catch?"
"Yes," Moonpaw purred, "But I've been practicing and watching you and daddy."
"Well your definately one of the best apprentice hunters I've ever met!" Rabbitleap laughed. "Come on, let's see if Orangestripe has caught anything. Orangestripe?"
She waited for her mate to appear in the clearing.

(( lol sorry he's kind of... paranoid. He's been spending too much with Snowfall. xD ))

As Bravesoul walked toward the SmokeClan border with Hollywind, a thought came to him. Hollywind wanted to come along, and then suggested that they go near the SmokeClan border. At first she'd wanted to go alone... But she had no problem with me coming with her. He shook his head to clear it. What was he thinking? Hollywind wouldn't do anything like that.

Orangestripe spotted a vole digging near the roots of a tree. Silently, he dropped into the hunter's crouch and moved toward it. Shifting his weight to his back paws, he jumped and caught the vole between his paws, stunning it. He killed it with a quick bite to the neck. Picking it up, he padded back to where Rabbitleap and Moonpaw were.
Setting the vole on the ground, Orangestripe scraped some dirt over it. "You two catch anything?" he asked, hoping he hadn't missed Moonpaw's first catch.

Hollywind tasted the air, she smelled Smokeclan.
"I see what Wildstar meant, this is way to in our territory for me to be smelling Smokeclan. Obviously, we've got trespassers..." she meowed, Shinepaw ((remember, she still thinks its Shinepaw)) immediately coming into her mind. Hollywind turned to Bravesoul.
"I'm just being curious, but you wouldn't have any idea on why Smokeclan would be so close into the border, after all, Shinepaw was just a...one-time thing...right?" she queried, slowly stepping toward him.

Dang. Did I give you that idea? I was hoping to get through this without that... x.x ))

Bravesould sighed. Wildstar's going to know all of this anyway, when she comes out here. Why did Hollywind have to drag me over here? There's barely even any prey that I can see!
Realizing what Hollywind had said, Bravesoul gulped and took a step back from her. His ears grew hot with embarassment. "Erm... Actually..." He stopped, sniffing the air. There was SmokeClan scent, that was for sure. But Shinepool's wasn't the only scent there. There was another SmokeClan cat's scent. A tom.
"That's not Shinepaw's scent," he mewed matter-of-factly, pretending he didn't know her name was Shinepool. "That's a tom's scent, Hollywind."

(( He doesn't actually know about Hollywind and Brokenmask, but he can smell Brokenmask! Oh noes! What will she do?! How the tables have turned... >:3 ))
