Heatfang wanted to destroy the badger. He was just about to deliver a deadly blow, when Mistpaw jumped in and killed the badger.

Silentstar woke up in the clearing later. She heard yowls of sorrow. "NO!" She screamed as she got up and ran over to her once apprentices body. "Not again... please don't die!" She yowled. Her eyes filled with tears. For Starclan had let her down. How could they do this to her? HOW!

Silentstar was already fighting Bruce ignoring what heatfang said. She yowled then took the death blow at Bruce's neck.

"Small?" That made heatfang angry he felt like his paws were a fire fuled off of his anger. He looked down at his paws. Theywere on fire! it did not hurt. No other cat could tell. Heat fang leaped on to bruce, slashing with his flaming claws.

Silentstar fell down on her side. What had she done? This went against everything she'd ever said. Starclan came to her.
"Silentstar, wake up." A tom told her. She woke up and looked at the tom. DARKCLOUD! She yowled. "But I though.." "No. The kit isn't me, but he is your kit, our kit." He purred. "What you did is forgiven. It had to be done. go back to your clan. I'll always be with you/"
Silentstar awoke and just closed her eyes again. Come back Darkcloud, please come back.
