Ghostmask approached Flameriver and Maplefur after seeing that they'd returned from their search. "So?" he meowed worriedly. "What did she say? Did you find her?"

[Golden]

"We saw her." Maplefur meowed. "But she didn't come back. She said that she would be back soon."

Badgerpaw went into the forest, his pelt fluffed up against the snow. He stood out easily because of his fur color. He was fuming; he'd trained for moons! Longer than many other apprentices! How dare Wolfstar say he wasn't ready?
Badgerpaw lost his cool and stepped out of the territory. Maybe he wouldn't go back to NightClan. Serves them right. The apprentice scampered through the unknown land and soon came across a loner.
"Who are you?" Badgerpaw bristled.
"I'm Blackear!" Came the reply.
"Badgerpaw. Were you a Clan cat?" The name sounded like a Clan name, at least.
"No. But I've heard of the Clans. You're from one of them, aren't you?" Blackear mewed politely, sitting down.
Badgerpaw wasn't as comfortable as Blackear. "Maybe not for much longer."
"Is everything okay in the Clan?"
"I should become a warrior! I've trained for moons but my leader doesn't think I'm ready. And I'm treated like a kit! Nobody respects me."
"Maybe you could try to prove yourself on a patrol, or something." Blackear meowed.
"Yeah, I guess. I might try that. I have to go back to NightClan now. Bye, Blackear."
Badgerpaw sighed and went to his den. He gave himself a good grooming until the scent of Blackear was completely gone.

((I know it's only been a few days in RP time but it's been a while in real-life. Would anyone mind me saying that Stream's and Mystery's kits are almost five moons?))

Rainkit nudged her mother. "When are we going to be apprentices?" She asked softly. Her big blue eyes were desperate for an answer.
"Soon," Mysterysong purred to her kit. "Almost one moon left."

Dreamkit approached her mother cautiously. At the last second she pounced, missing Mysterysong's tail completely. "Mouse dung." She snorted angrily.
Mysterysong eyed Dreamkit, a silent scolding for her language. Dreamkit sighed and looked over at Leopardkit. Mischief seemed to be innate to Dreamkit.
She pretended to lay down by Leopardkit. Then she jumped up and squeaked, "Leopardkit poked me with her claw!"
"No I didn't!" Leopardkit protested, flicking her tail. She narrowed her eyes at her sister.
"Yes she did!"
"Dreamkit, don't lie like that." Mysterysong meowed.
Dreamkit grumbled to herself as she lay down and stared at the falling snow.

((So that means Wetkit is about 5 moons too. In those 5 moons, we can pretend his sibs died, if that's fine with you golden))

Wetkit bounced around his brothers and sisters eagerly as they played in the snow outside the nursery. "Hey!" He mewed. "I've got an idea! Let's all be Clan leaders! I'll lead NightClan!" The kit ran around his siblings in a circle, pretending to be the Clan's leader. "Go hunting!" He commanded. "Fight off those CliffClan intruders! Protect the borders!" Just as the kit was about to shout another order, he caught a glimpse of Oakwing plodding through the thick blanket of snow to the warrior's den. I have the same eyes as him, Wetkit thought, his mind wandering around the past of this strange warrior.

[Golden]

((Sure!))

"I wanna lead NightClan!" Dreamwhisper mewed, unsheathing her tiny claws playfully.
"I'll take SmokeClan!" Rainkit put in to keep out of the fight.
"ForestClan!" Leopardkit got up from her nest and stretched.
"We're leaders, don't tell us what to do!" Leopardkit crouched in the play-fight position. "ForestClan, attack!" She sprung up at Wetkit.

Wetkit squealed and pretended to claw at his sister's ear. "NightClan can take you any day!" He purred, nibbling on Leopardkit's tail, but making sure that he wasn't biting too hard. The dark navy kit hissed playfully and attempted to pin Leopardkit down on the dirt floor.

[Golden]

Leopardkit was pinned to the ground. She relaxed her muscles as though she was admitting defeat. Then she leapt to her paws and swung a sheathed paw at Wetkit.
Rainkit and Dreamkit couldn't hold back their purs watching Leopardkit play fight.
"SmokeClan will fight you, Dreamkit!" Rainkit purred and pounced on her sister.
She and Dreamkit rolled around in a ball of kit-fur and tiny paws.
Dustkit hid in the shadows and waited for the perfect moment. He squealed and pounced on Rainkit. She dodged him, nearly missing his paw. She growled at him playfully and pushed him back.

Brownfur watched all the kits play but her gaze was focused mainly on Wetkit. Her other kit had died when he was younger. She longed to tell him who his real mother was; to watch him grow up from a mother's position; to no longer have to hide this secret. But it was best for him and Oakwing, and herseelf, too, so she remained quiet.

Wetkit mewed and hissed in a playful mood as he decided to trick his other siblings. He pretended to run at Leopardkit, but swerved away before he reached her and leapt onto Rainkit. "Gotcha!" he purred, grinning from ear to ear. "NightClan cats are cunning and always have some sort of trick in their fur. Better watch out!"

[Golden]

"Oh yeah?" Rainkit teased. She purred and tried to escape but another cat was holding her down. Leopardkit placed a paw on her sister and Dreamkit charged at Wetkit.

Before Wetkit had a chance to attack Dreamkit, Heatfang approached the group of kits and purred, "Can you kits maybe play a quieter game? Some cats here are tired, and you should probably respect that." He patted each of them on the head with his tail and meowed, "See if you can get a warrior or two to take you to the training hollow. Then you can play there. Just don't run off!" The elder gave a final purr as he smiled at the kits and padded back into the Elder's Den.

[Golden]

"That's a good idea!" Dreamkit whispered with wide eyes. "But should we get a warrior to bring us or just go alone since they're so tired?" Her eyes sparkled with mischief.

[Lawl[iet]]

"Let's get a warrior," Wetkit suggested. "They can't all be tired." He looked around camp for a warrior that could take them out to the hollow. He spotted no warriors that weren't busy already. "WHat about momma?" Wetkit mewed. "She's now busy right now, I think."

[Golden]

"See, everyone is busy or tired!" Dreamkit protested. "Come on, Wetkit!"
"We really shouldn't..." Mewed Rainkit and Leopardkit at the same time.
"You're all such kittens." Complained Dreamkit, rolling her eyes and flicking her tail.

[Lawl[iet]]

"Yeah, Rainkit and Leopardkit are right," Wetkit mewed. "Come on Dreamkit, it's the middle of Leaf-Bare! If we go out there without a warrior and get stuck in the snow, we could freeze to death! And you never know when a hungry fox might come out looking for food. You shouldn't go out there, Dreamkit."

Wolfstar, still in the gathering spot, was dreaming. She was in a small forest with a single cat; Moss. Twoleg nests were in the distance and lots of trees surrounded them. When Moss flicked her tail for Wolfstar to follow her, the NightClan leader woke up. Then she realized what she had to do. She got up from her spot and ran toward the closest Twolegplace.

[leopardwhisper]

Dawnshadow overheard the kits meowing about going to the training hollow, padding over to them Dawnshadow offered to accompany them.
"It's dangerous for you to go out alone, but you seem to be bothering the elders with your play fighting, i'll be glad to come with you. I might even teach you some real fighting moves, just don't use them against each other, unless your claws are sheathed okay? Brownfur has enough on her paws without four kits she has to worry about. Also, I get dibs on Nightclan." She meowed with a wink.

[Golden]

"Thanks, Dawnshadow!" Rainkit meowed.
"Yeah, that will be great!" Leopardpaw agreed.
"All right," Sighed Dreamkit, giving in.
Dustkit's eyes were full of excitement. "Let's go learn how to fight!"

((I have an idea for Dreamkit. When they get back maybe Dreamkit can still want the kits to go out without a warrior. They could refuse and she could try to prove that she is braver than them by going out alone. She goes into the nursery to think of a plan and they think she's given up on leaving the camp. But she thinks of an idea and gets up and leaves but they don't see her. Then a blizzard starts and she gets lost and gets greencough. Maybe Ghostmask could then send a patrol of cats to find her.
Again, just an idea, but please tell me what you think. ))

((I think it's a good idea! What if she gets greencough in the blizzard and Wolfstar has found Moss already and they find her and take care of her. Although, Wolfstar is lost and can't find her way back to camp. So when Ghostmask and the patrol come to look for Dreamkit, they find Wolfstar, Dreamkit and Moss sheltered in a cave or something.))
